The staff is always helpful and friendly.
The huge TV in our room didn’t work due to no signal on the 9th floor. This was disappointing as I had hoped to unwind with some shows after a long day. during breakfast, the food quality was quite poor, with many items served cold or undercooked, which was a letdown for a hotel of this stature.

The buffet breakfast was a delightful spread, featuring fresh local fruits that made every morning special. I adored the rooftop bar, where sunset cocktails offered an epic view of the Mekong River and city skyline, truly a sight to behold! Plus, the staff’s attentiveness, especially from Harris at reception, made my stay even better.
One minor hiccup was the street noise from honking horns early in the morning. Luckily, I was offered a complimentary drink and a promise of a suite upgrade for my next stay. Fair trade, if you ask me!

Why it might work for you – or not
Exceptional customer service and hospitality left a remarkable impression. The delicious culinary offerings and well-furnished rooms created a rejuvenating retreat. The rooftop provided awe-inspiring views, making every evening special.
Some amenities like the pool were cold and lacked sunlight. The breakfast options were basic and got dried out quickly under the heat. Not ideal for those seeking more active dining experiences.

The stay featured exceptional service, highlighted by the helpfulness of staff, particularly Mr Harrison Bong, who went above and beyond. Enjoyable meals at the buffet breakfast and a rooftop bar created a vibrant atmosphere perfect for meetings. Wi-Fi speed fluctuated, making it difficult to stay connected. while the room was spacious, it lacked certain modern conveniences expected in a hotel of this caliber.

Cozy vibes and great views!
The room was super chill, and I loved lounging on the balcony with a drink from the rooftop bar. The staff were always around with a smile, making me feel right at home. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster though, it lagged a couple of times. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay!
